The Cebu Online News Press Corps (CONPC) ushered in the new year with a vibrant karaoke party held last January 12, 2025, at the SM City Cebu Event Screen. Located near IMAX, Event Screen is an ideal venue for intimate gatherings of up to 20 people.

The celebration served as a well-deserved break for the organization after a busy holiday. "We were quite occupied during the holidays, so we decided to partner with SM for our New Year celebration this year," shared CONPC Founder Robby M. Alugar. He hoped CONPC members would continue sharing positive news stories, contributing to Cebu's progress, and creating genuine and inspiring content.
